Google Knows Where I Am

After reading the article about how Google knows everything that I'm doing, I feel a little violated. I mean, isn't the US a "country of freedom"? How can we be a "free" country if our freedom is compromised by those who are "tracking us"? It just doesn't work for me. I feel like our information should only be accessed if we are a suspect for a crime. People exchange a lot of information on the internet, not only our credit information, but our personal life issues as well. I mean, theres nothing I can do about this issue so I will have to grin and bear it but I certainly do not agree with all of my information being accessible to Google.
